I have pain in my abdomen that has been off and on for the past couple of days, with constant pain for the past 6 hours. The pain is very sharp and stabbing, located in the upper left quadrant and lower right back. I also experience numbness and muscle weakness in my legs, increased fatigue, bloating, and tenderness when pressing on the upper left quadrant and middle of the stomach. I have a history of EOE, high stomach acid treated with PPIs, and an upcoming surgery to remove my gallbladder. I've had vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea with 10 bowel movements in the past two days, which are small and light in color. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

My father is experiencing shallow breathing, dry coughing, and sudden episodes of rapid breathing. He was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and asthma two weeks ago. The coughing comes and goes, and he had chest pain two weeks ago but was almost recovered. He is 57 years old and uses two inhalers, one for Ventoline and another for a heavy drug. His doctor mentioned low oxygen levels in his blood, but he was doing alright for the past three days before this sudden onset of symptoms. He feels good for 10 minutes but then suddenly starts taking fast and shallow breaths, making it difficult for him to breathe.
