I have pain under my left rib around the upper stomach. The pain is sharp when I sneeze, cough, hiccup, or yawn. It started three days ago and is stable except when I perform these actions. The pain comes and goes and sometimes radiates to my shoulder or back. What should I do?

I was diagnosed with Vestibular Hypofunction and have been doing physical therapy for 5 weeks but still feel bad. I'm 58 years old, female, and have symptoms like brain fog, dizziness, memory issues, blurry vision, stiff eyes, and fatigue. I also have a history of bad reactions from Botox injections and was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. What can help alleviate my symptoms?

I stepped on a small plastic hourglass and it broke, causing significant pain in my left foot, particularly in the arch area. The pain persists even hours later and is deep-seated. Given that I have a history of flat foot and previous injury to this foot, should I get this checked out?

I have been sick since the 20th of March with symptoms including diarrhea, sore throat, cough, and loss of voice. I have no fever but have stomach sounds. My cough is dry and comes and goes. I am currently using lozenges and rikodeine. I am 64 years old with a thyroid condition. I have seen a doctor who prescribed antibiotics, but they did not help. I am now taking panadol, cough mixture, and lozenges. My symptoms have not improved and I feel very sick. What do you think is the name of my illness and is it normal to feel so sick for this long?
