I had protected sex a week ago during a high chance of pregnancy. Since then, I have been experiencing tiredness that comes and goes, body soreness, and normal appetite. I am 17 years old, not on any medication, and have no significant medical history. My last period was on September 6th, and it is normally 28 days long. I am experiencing severe chest pain in my sternum that varies with body position. Standing with shoulders back requires shallow breathing to avoid pain, while bending over makes deep inhalation painful. I am unable to 'crack' my sternum as I did in the past to relieve the pain. Ibuprofen has not helped. I am a 27-year-old male in good health, but recently, the pain has worsened, possibly due to carrying my newborn. The pain is intense in the morning, reducing slightly by afternoon. What could be causing this pain and how can I manage it?
