I have red dots on my forehead that appeared about a month ago after exercising under a hat. The dots have improved and then reappeared, but they do not itch. I am currently moving and surrounded by cardboard boxes, suspecting an allergy. I was advised to take Benadryl and use hydrocortisone, which I have started. I have no history of smoking, drinking, or vaping, and my sinuses are sore.

What can be done to address this persistent itching?

I had mutual masturbation 24 days ago and am worried about potential HIV exposure. My partner ejaculated on my hand and some splashed on his stomach. I washed my hands thoroughly, but he later touched me with his possibly semen-contaminated hand. Could this have allowed HIV to enter through my urethra or be absorbed by the foreskin?

My blood pressure reading was 154/105 a few days ago and today it's 143/105. Should I see a doctor about this? I take bipolar II meds but I've taken them for several years so I don't think they would interfere with my blood pressure.
