I have been trying to gain muscle mass for several years now and I can't seem to gain anymore. I have been working out 3 times a week, lifting heavy, doing 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps, and using whey before and after workouts. My daily calorie intake is about 6,500. What should I do?

Both sides of my groin area feel like they've been sunburned, where my underpants would touch, and it's pink. I have had peripheral T-cell lymphoma in remission for 2 years, but I hope this is unrelated. What could this be?

My wife, who is 60 years old and in great shape, has experienced numbness and tingling in her right arm three times and in her right leg twice over the last two days. She has also lost feeling for periods of up to 30 minutes and has been complaining of constant headaches. She has not complained of any pain and has no significant medical history except for scarring from endometriosis in her youth. Should we be concerned and what should we do next?
