I have shingles pain in my kidney area. The pain started internally first in the gallbladder area, then in the kidney and liver area. After 5-7 days, I developed welts over the liver and around to the back kidney area. The internal pain was the worst, and the surface welts were irritating. I was initially concerned about kidney stones, but an ultrasound showed no stones in the kidney or gallbladder. What is causing the internal kidney pain with shingles?

Our family recently moved to Ottawa under permanent residence status for medical care access for our son Bavo Senga Mpayimana, who has congenital bilateral mild to moderate hydronephrosis. He is now 5 years old and we are waiting for an appointment at CHEO for pediatric nephrology. What can we do to expedite this process or find an independent pediatric nephrologist in Canada, especially in Ontario, given that we have Canadian Life Insurance?

I want to know more about Mycoplasma genitalium. I was recently diagnosed with it, and it's concerning me because I never stepped out of my relationship. How can this bacteria come about? Is it sexually transmitted, or can it grow internally from something else?

I have been experiencing a severe striking pain in my lower right abdomen that comes and goes. The pain started after I woke up and has been sharp at times but mostly dull now. I also feel weak, fatigued, and have a headache. I have no other symptoms like nausea, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation. Should I go to the doctor, and what could be causing this pain?
