I have small fiber neuropathy for 12 years and have been on morphine for 8 years. I also have neuropathy in my arms and hands, a damaged spine, and have had 8 LPs in the past. My doctor is threatening to withhold medication if I don't allow her to put needles in my back, which I believe won't help because the issue is with my spine, not my muscles. I want to gradually get off morphine but am concerned about other medications causing further damage. I live with pain all over my body and feel stuck between walls. What can I do?

I've been feeling dizzy, sick, and spaced out for about 3-4 months. I thought it was due to anxiety, but it seems more intense and frightening. I've tried exercises and other distractions, but the symptoms persist. I recently got out of an abusive relationship, which might be affecting me. Laying in my room and being with friends help, but I can't go outside without feeling dizzy and spaced out. I have a history of asthma, heart murmur as a child, and tonsillitis. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My husband has one testicle that is very large and the other one normal. Can the large testicle be drained of fluid? He is taking Proscar, Tamsulosin, solifenacin succinate, and Mirabegron. He also has difficulty holding his urine for long periods.

If a very conservative dose of Milk of Magnesia (30ml) is used the night before for a 95 lb person, and there is no bowel movement even with a suppository the following morning, what does that indicate? This was done as a preventive measure to soften the exit of potentially large or dry stool and to reduce potential pain from passing over hemorrhoids. Why was there no bowel movement, and is the dose of Milk of Magnesia too conservative, suggesting it should have been 60ml?
