My son (15) was in a motorbike accident, his spleen was removed and there was also a hole in his stomach. What will the do's and don'ts be for his life from now on and how will this affect his life? What medication should he be taking on a regular basis?

I had severe pain in my finger with no trauma. The vein, which I normally can't see on my finger, was engorged. The pain lasted about 5 minutes and then stopped. When the pain stopped, I could no longer see the vein, but it looked like it ruptured and bled out under the skin. Should I be concerned or is this a natural occurrence?

I am a 56-year-old female with a family history of heart problems, including my brother who recently had a quadruple bypass and aortic valve replacement due to a congenital issue. My usual blood pressure is around 130/85, but it has recently dropped to 120/61-66. I have no symptoms such as palpitations, swelling of feet, or chest pain, but I am concerned about the drop in blood pressure and whether it could indicate a heart problem. I had a heart ultrasound and other tests five years ago, which were all normal. Could the drop in blood pressure be related to a heart issue, and if so, would it have been detected in my previous tests?
