I have spinal fusion from L3 to T11 and recent MRI indicates epidural lipomatosis, L5-S1 asymmetric high-grade foraminal stenosis, and perineal neuropathy. I am currently being treated with Oxycodone, Lyrica, and Methocarbamol, but the pain is increasing. Are there other alternatives for pain management?

I have pain in my right upper quadrant, felt on the side and towards the rear of my ribs. The pain is exacerbated by deep breathing or unusually hard diaphragm movements, but I feel no discomfort during strenuous exercise or weight workouts. I am unsure if this is a deep pull related to my training.
