I have swollen feet and ankles. I had a heart attack in 1998 and am on medications including Avodart, warfarin, amiodarone, carvedilol, spironolactone, nitro, and B-12. My feet have been swollen for about 2 weeks. I am a no salt person and consume very little sugar. What could be causing this and what should I do?

How can night terrors be prevented, especially when they are linked to alcohol and stress, prevalent in today's society, and possibly to some bad memories and experiences? It's very hard to socialize normally when you know you could shout and scream in the night, but have no memory of it the next day.

I punched a wall about a week and a half ago. My hand instantly became very swollen and bruised, with numbness off and on in my ring finger and frequent coldness in my middle and ring fingers. The majority of the bruising surrounds my middle and ring fingers and knuckles. Should I be concerned?
