I have swollen glands in my neck that started yesterday and are getting worse today. I can feel tender and painful lumps on each side, and swallowing is painful. I am 67 years old, not on any medications, and have no significant medical history. I have tested negative for COVID, have no fever, chills, body aches, or cough. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I began caregiving for my wife after she fell down a flight of stairs in May. Since then, I haven’t been eating balanced meals as I did when she was the cook. Consequently, I’ve lost 40 pounds without trying. In July, I felt a “rush” starting in my head and spreading down. Since then, I’ve been “lightheaded” all the time. My blood test was normal and it’s been proven I don’t have vertigo. It feels as if I’ve had one beer and it makes me feel as if I’m floating when walking. I suspected my blood pressure medicine as a cause since I lost so much weight. My cardiologist has now weaned me off of Lisinopril/HCTZ and Amlopidine Besylate I’ve been taking for 20+ years. Now he has me taking only 12.5MG HCTZ and my pressure is normal. But the lightheadedness remains. Recently, I'm experiencing more and more anxiety. Whenever I even think about a stressful situation, I feel an adrenaline rush and get nervous. Any suggestions? Thank you!

I had 2 nodules removed and the biopsy report found hyperplasia with dilated lymphatic vessels. I'm concerned this could be a precursor to lymphoma or gastric cancer. What follow-up testing should I have, and what does this mean for my health?
