I have swollen lumps on my fingers that have recurred multiple times over the past few years. They started two days ago and feel hard and a bit sore when pressed. I have used tea tree oil but no other medication. I have seen a doctor before, but the diagnosis was incorrect. What could these lumps be, and what should I do?

I weigh 260 to 270 lbs and am in good health. I have chronic pain in my lower back and legs due to a car wreck. I have been on pain meds for several years, currently taking 90 mg of morphine sulfate 4 times daily. I do not feel anything other than relief while taking this. I have tried other pain meds, none work. My labs have always come back perfectly fine. Is this considered 'too much'?

One of my testicles started hurting after a bicycle ride. The pain has been stable for two days and occurs when I walk or do something, but stops when I sit. There is no swelling or changes in urethral discharge or urinary symptoms. This is the first time I've experienced this issue. The testicle on the affected side seems larger, possibly the size of an egg.
