When should I get tested for HIV if I'm on PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis)? Should I test 45 days after exposure or 45 days after finishing PEP? Also, is it safe to take the full 28 days of PEP if I didn't have a high-risk encounter, and will PEP affect the accuracy of HIV tests?

Are there actions I can take at home if I think I accidentally took an ibuprofen overdose but am not sure? I normally use ibuprofen for osteoarthritis, taking 600-400 mg doses. My last dose was about half an hour ago. I am a 73-year-old female weighing 220 pounds.
