I have symptoms of upper digestive tract pain and inflammation, particularly on the left and right sides away from the stomach, which come and go. I suspect it might be a viral infection, specifically EBV, as my lab results show elevated EBV markers. I also have diarrhea, herpes-type rashes that come and go, and chronic digestive issues with my pancreas and gallbladder. My blood tests and ultrasound show normal results except for an enlarged gallbladder wall and cholesterol mucus inside it. What could be causing these symptoms, and how should I proceed with further testing or treatment?

What does this mean is it serious? Patient is aged 63, has a history of asthma, and a workup was done due to fatty liver seen on scan. The lab reports show minor elevation of IgG subclass 4 and ALP at 130. An ultrasound showed 3 liver cysts and mild elevation of AST and ALT. The doctor ordered an AFP test and an MRCP scan. Does this rule out liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, and PBC? How does this relate to COPD and emphysema?
