I have thoracic outlet syndrome that has gone untreated for 4.5 years. My doctor forgot to send my referral to a vascular surgeon 6 months ago, and my pain is unmanageable with worsening symptoms. I can't see my doctor for another month. If I go to a hospital with a vascular surgeon trained to treat TOS, can I get treatment without my doctor's referral? And what should I say to the ER doctor to increase my chances of seeing a vascular surgeon?

Can you please explain my lab results? I have been run down and severely stressed. I had Epstein-Barr virus, and the test came back showing it is not active, but they said I have chronic Epstein-Barr. What does that mean?

I have bumps on my private area that never go away. I've been to a doctor before who gave me cream, but the bumps are still there. What could it be, and what should I do next?

I have numbness in my hands and feet, sometimes feeling strained and tired in my neck, but no neck or back pain. An EMG hints at C7 nerve damage. What could be the reasons for this pinched nerve, and could it be related to anxiety?

I am worried that I could be pregnant. My symptoms include breast tenderness, abdominal pain, mild cramping, and vaginal discharge. I had unprotected sex last week and took the Levonorgestrel emergency pill right after. I was recently diagnosed with Chlamydia and have taken antibiotics for it. I am supposed to start my period this week. Could these symptoms be due to stress, Chlamydia, or pregnancy?
