I have thrown up 4 times and had diarrhea 3 times since 2 am. The symptoms have been stable since they started around 2am. I feel a little nauseous before vomiting and slightly hungry. I took NyQuil around 10:30 pm last night and I'm 24 years old. What should I do?

I’m having pain in my right side just under my rib cage and above the right hip. The pain has been there for a couple of days and comes and goes. It is sharp. I’m 39 years old, recently had my thyroid removed, and I’m taking levothyroxine. I also have fibromyalgia and a benign pituitary tumor. I have diarrhea, gas, loss of appetite, and night sweats, which are new symptoms. What could be causing this pain and what treatments can help?

I've been experiencing chest tightness, stabbing sensations in my sternum, and heart palpitations (skipping a beat or getting caught in my chest for a second) for the last month, especially during my divorce trial. My stress test and EKGs were normal about two weeks ago. I'm a 41-year-old female with hypothyroidism and a history of benign heart palpitations. What could these symptoms be related to, and are there any natural remedies like magnesium that could help?

I've been nauseous for the last month, experiencing diarrhea but no consistent stomach pain, and have only vomited once. The pain comes and goes, is sharp or achy, and I'm currently using Pepto Bismol, a natural supplement called Ashwaghanda, and that seemed to help a little. I'm 19 years old and have no significant medical history. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
