I had a tick attached to me yesterday morning and removed it. Today, the area around the bite is slightly raised, a little red, and itches slightly but doesn't really hurt. Should I be concerned about this?

I think I am reactive to HSV 1. I just found the result but I don't know if it’s positive. How long have I had HSV? Is this a new concern? I am 31 years old. Do I have herpes if I never had an outbreak? Will my partner also test positive for this?
