I have very light, faint blood from my butt crack, which appears when I gently dab the area with toilet paper. The skin in this area is reddish/pink and there is a very light sting. This happens occasionally over the years. No blood in stool or from the anus itself, just in the crack area. My PCP has looked and didn’t see anything. Is this possibly intertrigo or something else?

My wife is having a bone marrow biopsy tomorrow after being diagnosed with CLL. I've been told the procedure will be painful. Is the procedure itself painful or is it the recovery that is painful? Will her body jerk in pain during the procedure, possibly hindering its success? What can be done to manage the pain during the procedure?

I need antibiotics to cure syphilis. I just found out today that I have it, as the person I had sex with yesterday tested positive. I've used antibiotics before and have no other medical history to disclose. I'm scared of needles and need the antibiotics delivered to my house.

I’m having bruising-like pain in my back and bleeding when I have a bowel movement. The pain started last night and is consistent, sharp, and feels like a bruise under my skin. I also experienced a sharp pain in my side where my appendix used to be, and I have increased fatigue. I have no other medical conditions, no medications, and no history of trauma or injury. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a persistent throat rattling noise, pain in the tongue, and difficulty swallowing, which started after a sinus FESS surgery and worsened after breast cancer surgeries.
