I have been experiencing headaches for about a month, which started around the same time as sharp electrical pains on the left side of my face (Trigeminal Neuralgia). The sharp pains have subsided, but the headaches remain constant, ranging from 2-6 on a 0-10 pain scale. I am currently taking gabapentin, Aleve, and Tylenol 3. What should I do next?

How long can a cold and head congestion cause anosmia, and is it due to the congestion blocking the olfactory bulbs? Additionally, what are the potential side effects of using nasal steroids like Qnasl for treating congestion, and how long does it typically take for anosmia caused by such treatments to resolve after discontinuation?

I have been experiencing abdominal pain for over five years, initially in the area where my ribs meet, which felt like a gnawing burning pain and was accompanied by painful hiccups. I was diagnosed with an irregular z-line and a small hiatal hernia but no ulcer, and despite trying various medications and supplements, the pain has persisted and moved to just above my belly button. I also have a fatty liver, nausea, constipation, and the pain often makes me feel hungry. What could be causing this pain, and what further steps should I take to address it?
