My dentist did an injury to my lip three years ago during a biopsy for Sjogren's syndrome, which was negative. Since then, I have had persistent inflammation on a part of my lip that I can feel but others cannot notice. I am 70 years old and do not use any medications. I also have Hashimoto's disease. What do you think?

I had an unprotected oral sex encounter with a stranger where we used protection during penetration but not for the entire oral sex. I also kissed an area where I touched the condom after sex and fingered her with my fingers. I had mouth ulcers and got tested for HIV on the 40th day, which came back negative. I got my 4th vaccination, which was Moderna, after receiving the first 3 shots of Pfizer. I have developed side effects including body aches, fever, a sunburned appearance on my face, and a high heart rate of over 100. My resting heart rate is between 85 to 90, which is higher than my normal resting heart rate of around 65. I am a healthy 70-year-old male with controlled blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol. Is this normal, and how long will it take to return to normalcy?
