Is there any oral medicine at all that can touch sciatica pain?

I am a heterosexual male who had numerous past encounters with female prostitutes, always using a condom, and was tested for everything with negative results. I had two RPR tests for syphilis, both negative, taken years after the encounters. Despite this, I am worried about the accuracy of RPR tests for late-term or tertiary syphilis and whether I should be re-tested. I have no symptoms of syphilis, including no chancre or neurosyphilis symptoms, and have had a rash on my legs which dermatologists diagnosed as unrelated to syphilis. Given the negative RPR results and the lack of symptoms, can I be considered definitely negative for syphilis?

I had protected sex with a commercial sex worker approximately 50 days ago, and the condom was intact throughout. I am worried about contracting HIV and had a 4th generation HIV combo test done 45 days later, which came back negative. I want to be completely assured that I am HIV-free.
