I'm 3 weeks postpartum after a straightforward vaginal delivery with a healthy baby. I have a history of twins birthed vaginally 5 years ago. Starting day 4/5 postpartum, I began experiencing very sore/tender areas in my stomach, particularly just under the bellybutton, the left side of the belly button, upper stomach, and around the sides to my obliques. I initially thought it was due to the birth, but now, 3 weeks later with no improvement, I'm wondering if it might be something else. I have no fever and no loose stools. I have an urgent care appointment tomorrow, but I'm seeking any insight you might have.

I felt a different lump on the right side of my neck compared to the left side last year. An ultrasound showed a concerning lymph node, but an MRI showed nothing concerning. My primary doctor wants to check it again. Should I be concerned, and should I get another MRI?

My right arm from the elbow down is swollen and has been for months but does not hurt. The swelling has been constant, not getting worse, and my elbow moves fine with no pain. I am 74 years old and do not take any medications. What could be the cause of this swelling and what steps should I take?

I experienced severe bloating and gas pain after eating bread, particularly underbaked products like cinnamon rolls. Is there a correlation between bloating and underbaked bread, and could this indicate an allergy or intolerance, possibly to baking soda or yeast? Additionally, what can be done to alleviate extreme gas pain, and can I take Pepcid with Zithromax and Gas-X?
