I'm 62 years old and my blood pressure is around 135/95. Is this very high? I've had high blood pressure for the last couple of years, I'm not very active, weigh 222 lbs, and am 5 ft 7 tall. I've also had trouble sleeping well for the last 10 years since our son passed away.

Is the HIV test after 4 weeks accurate enough, and are lower back/abdomen pain or pelvic pain considered as ARS symptoms?

After engaging in protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex (cunnilingus), I have taken multiple HIV tests at various intervals (including an HIV RNA PCR test after 15 days, Anti HIV 1/2 + P24 Antigen tests at 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 20 weeks, and a final test after 140 days). All tests have been negative. Can you assure me that I am completely free from HIV and do not need further testing after 5 months?

How do I increase circulation in my legs? My feet are always cold, even in the house, and worse when I am outside. I am 60 years of age, and live in a cold climate, in Saskatchewan Canada during the winter.

Is it true that taking the PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) treatment for HIV for 28 days can affect the result of a blood test for HIV, which was negative after 4 weeks from the exposure incident? What is my risk?

Got test results back: neutrophils 92.3, lymphocytes 5.8. What does this mean and what do I need to do next? I'm experiencing a bad rash that started about 3-4 weeks ago.
