I'm a 22-year-old male with a painful rash on my chest that I think might be acne. It's been present for two years and is often very large. I've had symptoms that made me think it could be related to HIV for about six months, but a CBC blood test showed all levels were healthy. What could this rash be, and is it related to HIV?

I just found out today that I have Covid. It’s the first time I’ve had it. I am 32 years old and only have one shot of vaccine that I received a year ago. I have a slight fever ranging from 100.5 - 101.5. I just took some Tylenol about 2 hours ago and my temp is down to 99.6. Is that normal for it to just go down a little? I also have no real cough or any other symptoms besides some muscle pains in my thighs. I am very nervous about this. I am afraid it is going to take a turn for the worst. I have been drinking water and trying to rest but I can’t stop the thoughts that this is going to kill me. What should I do to manage my symptoms and how long should I expect them to last?

My girlfriend is drunk and has advanced liver damage, which makes her incoherent and unable to walk or talk after consuming very little alcohol. I gave her a 25 mg diphenhydramine (sleeping pill) to help her sleep it off, but I'm worried if it was a mistake. Should I be concerned about any adverse effects from this combination?
