I'm a 26-year-old male experiencing a stabbing pain on my left abdomen near my rib cage for about two weeks. The pain comes and goes, and I've had elevated stool levels, bloating, and frequent coughing for the last three weeks. I've had a colonoscopy and stool tests, with no polyps found, but I'm still waiting for biopsy results. I also have blood in my urine and am scheduled for an ultrasound on my scrotum, stomach, and kidneys. What could be causing this pain and should I seek further medical care?

I have several irregular symptoms that may or may not be related. Docs are currently stumped. I’m keeping a medical journal, but I have another flare up tonight of a strange symptom. Current diagnosis includes Blepharitis, Keratosis pilaris, Proctalgia fugax, Occipital neuralgia, TMJ, and Insomnia. Symptoms include extremely dry skin, difficulty shedding dead skin, random itching in one or both arms only (relieved by icing), irregularly shaped hair on body, nerve damage from car accidents, extreme muscle tension, random swelling around wrist area, elbow pain/sensitivity, skin sensitivity, wrist pain in left wrist for 2 years (extreme), then stopped, randomly started having finger joint pain for several months, then stopped, slight dizziness randomly, and currently right arm is swelling with slight tingling, and very sensitive elbow. Elbow now red and achy in bone. Tested negative for autoimmune. Any guess would help. I know it’s a long shot. Just looking for a better direction.

I have been experiencing acid burning in my stomach, which worsened to a point where I noticed a small bulge that stings. The burning is most intense when I work. I had an endoscopy that showed antral gastritis. I am currently on 40 mg of esomeprazole daily, but the symptoms persist. I had a stool test that was negative for H. pylori, but I took biopsies during the endoscopy and am waiting for the results. I am worried about the possibility of cancer. The burning and stinging are constant, and I am in pain all day, especially in the mornings. I am also experiencing tingling in my right finger and have lost some weight due to dietary changes. I am concerned about my biopsy results and how long it will take for my gastritis to heal. Is the burning and stinging normal, and should I be worried about the biopsy results?

I have unresolved herpes after a week. I have been using Zovirax Duo (5% aciclovir, 1% hidrocortisone) for 5 days. The blister has disappeared, but the area is extremely dry and there is a tiny amount of red from the cracks when I clean with a wet tissue. Is this normal, and what type of moisturizer should I use?

About 4 days ago, I was awakened by a fierce pain in my elbow, which felt like I had stuck my elbow into a fire. Since then, my elbow has been swollen, hot, red, and itchy. I am 81 years old and on high blood pressure and cholesterol pills, as well as lesterzole and synthroid. I had both breasts removed due to cancer in 2018 and thyroid cancer in 2006. I also had tennis elbow in that arm and was operated on for it a long time ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?
