I have been experiencing swelling and prickling in both feet and ankles for a long time, along with chest pain, recurring fevers, diarrhea, and fatigue. I am 47 years old, have stage 3 chronic kidney disease (CKD), and hypertension under control. I also have macrocytic anemia, elevated ESR, and positive ANA results. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further evaluations or treatments should I consider?

I have an annoying rash that appears in different places and itches. The rash is minor and seems to come and go. I previously had jock itch, which was treated with a cream called Triamcinolone AC, but now I have a residual minor rash in the thigh area and small breakouts on the inside of my elbows and knees. Could these be related to the original jock itch, or is it a different problem? Additionally, could this rash be venereal in nature?

I have tried eating light meals and taking medications like dexilant and Gas-X, but the symptoms seem to worsen as the day goes on. I also have type II diabetes.
