I'm a 42-year-old female with Type I diabetes diagnosed at age 7. I had asthma that 'went away' before diabetes. Over the past year, I've experienced chest tightening when lying down, which has progressed to a wheezing sensation in my upper chest. I've been given Flovent 110 2 puffs daily, but it'll take 2 weeks to feel the effects. About 1.5 months ago, I had pneumonia symptoms but had a clear chest and X-ray. What is wrong with me, and what words can I use to convey my symptoms to my doctor to get more aggressive treatment?

I injured my spine at C4 and C5 over 3 years ago. The pain keeps me up all night. I live in Columbia, South Carolina, and my insurance is only valid in South Carolina. The doctors here don't seem very knowledgeable. Could you help me?

I was testing a rifle with a scope and it hit my forehead twice, causing a knot that seems to be moving downward toward my nose. My eyesight is slightly blurred, and I'm concerned about potential complications.
