I'm a 65-year-old male, 6'3", 214 pounds, experiencing a sharp pain in the upper right rib cage or top of the right lung. The pain is noticeable, comes and goes, and is somewhat painful to the touch. Deep breathing increases the pain somewhat but not every time. What could be the cause of this?

Can I send an image of test results? I have no symptoms and have not seen a doctor about this. My medical history is unremarkable. My gynocologist ordered tests as I haven't had a check-up for 10 years. My results show AST 45, ALT 76, GGT 51, HOMOCYSTEINA 14.5, and Colesterol HDL 92. All other results seem fine. I am a 44-year-old female, 51kg, and 163cm. What do these results mean, and should I be concerned?

I have pain under my left rib cage that comes and goes, and it can move to my sternum or back. I've had blood tests and an abdominal scan, which were clear, but I'm still experiencing pain. What could be causing this pain, and what further tests or treatments should I consider?

I had a yeast infection in September, treated with oral medication, but experienced severe vaginal dryness, spotting, and itching in October. I was treated again for yeast with multiple rounds of oral medication. Can it be possible that it was the same yeast infection from September but one dose wasn't enough? And are my negative STI test results accurate, given that I haven't had sex since August?

What could be causing pounding in my ears with every step, especially since I've been dealing with this for about a week and haven't had any colds or flu this season? I wear hearing aids but hear the pounding even when they are not in, and I'm on oxygen 24/7.

I had protected oral sex with a sex worker, and I noticed some saliva on my pubic area. Am I at risk of contracting STDs like chlamydia, syphilis, hepatitis, HIV, or HPV? Should I use condoms for oral sex to reduce the risk further?
