I'm bleeding when I urinate and experiencing stabbing pain around the bottom of my stomach. The pain started intermittently but is now more constant. I've had two C-sections, a history of kidney and bladder infections. What could it be, and should I go to a doctor?

I accidentally took a double dose of 40mg of Lisinopril. I took it about 2 hours ago. I am 70 years old and also take hydroCHLOROthiazide 25 mg, Lipitor EQ 40 mg, lisinopril 40 mg, omeprazole (Prilosec EQ), metformin 500 Mg 2 x a day, Zoloft EQ 50MG, and aller-Tec. What should I do?

I have HSV 1 IGG, TYPE SPECIFIC AB test results showing 29.20 H. Does the higher number mean I have been exposed more recently or a long time ago? I have been with the same partner for ten years without symptoms. Could I have been exposed more than 10 years ago with this level of antigens? Also, would the Moderna vaccine, taken the day before, give a false positive with the antigens?

I've been taking 1 mg clonazepam for severe social phobia/anxiety and 10 mg Ambien for insomnia. My provider will no longer prescribe clonazepam, only Ambien, which doesn't address my debilitating anxiety and agoraphobia during the day. I've tried various antidepressants and SSRIs, but they exacerbate my insomnia. What other options are there for managing my anxiety and agoraphobia without worsening my sleep issues?

Looking for a vegan alternative to Rephresh Pro B capsules, as these contain gelatin. Also, I read that kombucha and kimchi can exacerbate yeast infections since they are fermented. Is this true? Should I keep avoiding them even though they contain probiotics?
