I'm experiencing erratic temperature regulation, feeling hot and cold without a fever, and I'm 37 years old. I have a history of medical conditions including spina bifida, hydrocephalus, spinal cord injury, endometriosis, IBS, and skin issues. I'm currently on medications including risperidone, zoloft, remeron, ditropan, senna, atarax, mira lax, and milk of magnesia PRN. Could this be related to my medications, and is there anything I can do to regulate my temperature in the meantime?

For about 6 weeks, I have been experiencing persistent pain in my right ear, neck, and throat, trouble swallowing, a hoarse voice, tightness in my chest, shortness of breath, swollen and painful lymph nodes, weight loss, and other symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, and occasional vomiting. My blood tests and imaging results are mostly normal, except for some elevated EBV antibodies and enlarged lymph nodes. I have been treated for reflux, TMJ, and a UTI, but I am still not seeing any improvement. What could be causing these symptoms and what further steps should I take?

I have a really itchy rash on my back, behind my knees, and shoulders. It started two weeks ago and is characterized by raised bumps and dry, itchy skin. I have a known allergy to seasonal triggers and certain perfumes, and I developed this rash after using a new body spray. What could be causing this rash, and how can it be treated?
