I'm having an ongoing throat issue for 22 days, seen an ENT twice, and tried three different medicines. I was prescribed steroids first, which worked initially but the issue returned. Then clindamycin, which had no effect. Currently on nystatin, which makes symptoms feel better but the throat remains visibly swollen. I am on Cosentyx and am immunocompromised. What additional steps can I take to manage this condition?

I am experiencing morning stomach upset and lower back pain, which feels like it's in my spine. I had a bad episode of diarrhea a week ago after working out, and now I wake up with an upset stomach and back pain. My ex-husband, a gastroenterologist, suggested I might have IBS triggered by eating oatmeal. I am flying on Wednesday and want to know if I should be concerned about my symptoms.

I am experiencing diarrhea for a few days, now with mucus in my stool, dry mouth, bad taste in my mouth, and some stomach cramps that are relieved by going to the bathroom. I have a history of liver issues due to a medication reaction and had a panic attack this week. I stopped drinking soda completely, which I used to drink 4-5 cans a day. Should I see a doctor sooner than my scheduled appointment next Friday?

I had a concussion 3 weeks ago and was feeling great, but now I feel like crap with slight nausea and light-headedness. Did I re-concuss myself by doing light activities like weight lifting and riding horses? What does this mean, and what should I expect?

I think I tore something in my right shoulder. The pain radiates up my neck, back, chest, and down my arm. I can't raise my arm or carry anything. The pain started one month ago and is constant. If I move my arm, it's sharp pain, and the constant pain is achy. I have arthritis in my shoulders and injured it while working on my car. What could be the issue and what can I do for it?
