I'm having an ongoing throat issue for 22 days, seen an ENT twice, and tried three different medicines. I was prescribed steroids first, which worked initially but the issue returned. Then clindamycin, which had no effect. Currently on nystatin, which makes symptoms feel better but the throat remains visibly swollen. I am on Cosentyx and am immunocompromised. What additional steps can I take to manage this condition?

I think I tore something in my right shoulder. The pain radiates up my neck, back, chest, and down my arm. I can't raise my arm or carry anything. The pain started one month ago and is constant. My aunt had an MRI with contrast that showed a non-mass-like enhancement in her breast, described as a heterogeneous, asymmetric area of 30/20 mm, located 80 mm from the nipple and 45 mm from the pectoral muscle, extending from the subcutaneous layer to the glandular tissue. The report mentions no lymphadenopathy and gives a BIRADS 5 rating. She was seen a year after treatment for colorectal cancer. What does this mean for her diagnosis and potential treatment options, including the possibility of a mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation?
