I'm having dizzy spells where I feel like I'm going to pass out and have to sit down, especially when I look down or move my neck a certain way. I had this once several months ago and again this morning. I'm 67 years old, female, and taking blood pressure and cholesterol medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I recently got sick and have been having issues with persistent fever for 10 days. My blood work came back with elevated immature granulocytes and lymphocytes. My husband has oral thrush and is taking Nystatin. He has almost recovered but feels weak and has started shaking during sleep. Is the weakness due to lack of diet during the previous week, and could Nystatin be causing side effects like shaking? Should we go for a blood test, and if so, should we visit a doctor first?
