I need a doctor's note for work. I took off work but was unable to see my doctor today. I have already informed my employer about my absence and need the doctor's note by Monday. What symptoms do I have or had, and what can I do to alleviate them?

I have been experiencing severe 8/10 pelvic floor pain since 11:30 today. The pain is sharp, stabbing, and radiates from my left pelvis to my pubic bone, sometimes shooting up into my abdomen and left leg. I have taken my prescribed medication (500mg Naproxen) but the pain persists. Should I go to the hospital, or is there anything else I can do to manage the pain?

I've been experiencing dizziness/lightheadedness on and off for a couple of weeks, a whooshing sound in my ear (more frequent recently), a headache, and a sensation of a head rush when standing up. Could this be something dangerous like a brain hemorrhage or stroke, or is it likely just a tension headache or migraine?

I had a possible HIV exposure in March. I have tested negative on a 4th generation test at 3, 6, and 9 months post-exposure. I’ve been told that 12 weeks is conclusive for an HIV test. Is that true, and can I consider myself definitively negative after 9 months of negative tests?

My mom is a 65-year-old obese female with a history of reactive lung disease, GERD/GI issues, and recently experienced shortness of breath. She was switched to valsartan 160 mg daily and chlorthalidone 25 mg daily, but her blood pressure remains difficult to control. Could the valsartan be causing her shortness of breath and cough? What alternative medication strategies can be considered to avoid ACE inhibitors and ARBs?
