I had cancer removed from my bladder about 2 months ago. I am still experiencing pain in my penis and have to urinate every 15-20 minutes. I feel like I have to go all the time. Is there anything I can do?

I've had diarrhea for 5 weeks after exposure with a sex worker. I've experienced headaches, fatigue, and oral thrush. I've taken a 4th-generation HIV test at 30 days, done stool culture, urine culture, blood tests, and hepatitis A + C testing (vaccinated for B), and found only a small E. coli infection treated with antibiotics, but the diarrhea persists. Do you think I have HIV? And does my tongue look normal?

My son was throwing up every 15 minutes for six hours and then he was able to drink half a glass of water but threw it all up again. He is running in the state cross country meet on Saturday. How can I get him more fluids so he's not dehydrated? Should I take him to the doctor? Should I get him an IV?

I have an ongoing fatigue issue that my primary care physician attributes to anxiety, but my psychiatrist and I believe the anxiety isn't sufficient to explain the fatigue. I've had an endocrinological workup, tried testosterone injections, iron supplementation, and vitamin D supplementation, and currently take Synthroid 75mcg daily. My fatigue seems easily stimulated and I'm seeking a comprehensive understanding of potential causes and effective treatments.

How can my husband's constant fatigue, headaches, and blood in urine be remedied when he cannot take anything with aspirin or ibuprofen due to his high blood pressure? He is 71 years old, has Type 2 diabetes with an A1C of 7.2, and has a history of Lyme disease. He has been taking metformin, atenolol, chlorthalidone, and verapamil. He finished antibiotics two weeks ago and has had a complete blood test, urine test, and a Lyme disease test.
