I am experiencing extreme abdominal pain in the right hip area, constipation with diarrhea, excessive dry skin and scalp, little red dots, freckle-like spots that disappear when rubbed, body distortion, constant pain, blueish lines under the skin, spider-like veins, and constant extreme neck and back pain. I have had multiple colonoscopies with no findings, no bloody stools, and had my gallbladder removed due to a stone. I also suffer from depression and have been told I have an auto-immune disorder and am anemic. What could be causing these symptoms and what specialized testing should I pursue?

I've had diarrhea since June 1st. It got so bad that I went to the doctor who prescribed antibiotics for bacterial diarrhea and a urine infection. I'm still getting diarrhea 4-5 times a day, usually within 10 minutes of eating anything, accompanied by gurgling noises in my stomach. I've tried a starvation diet and cutting off various foods, but no matter what I eat, I get diarrhea straight away. I'm not suffering from cramps, but I have a very bloated stomach and have lost over a stone in weight in 5 weeks. What could be causing this persistent diarrhea, and what further steps should I take?
