I had my wisdom teeth pulled several months ago, and the right side of my face where they were removed seems to be acting up. I also have a history of back pain and digestive issues. Will Claritan (without decongestant) help to unblock ears? I have been experiencing blocked ears for about 3 weeks, diagnosed with unequal pressure in Eustachian tubes. I saw an ENT twice and was advised to let it work itself out due to my inability to tolerate steroids. My symptoms include distorted sounds, blocked ears (pressure), and diminished hearing. I am also taking quinapril, dilantin, and ibuprofen. Can I safely take Claritan and ibuprofen together, and how does an antihistamine like Claritan help with Eustachian tube dysfunction?
