I met a sex worker 2 months ago and experienced a fever, headache, and then red spots on my glans. The doctor initially diagnosed thrush and treated it with an anti-fungal cream, but the symptoms have recurred. I was tested for STDs, excluding herpes, which came back negative. Recently, I had itching and new inflammation/blisters on my glans. My herpes test was negative, but it was done before the new symptoms appeared. Could the test have missed the virus, and should I get another herpes test?

I am adjusting to a new thyroid medication dosage after moving to Germany. I was switched from Synthroid 100 to L-Tyroxin 75, which caused significant anxiety and nervousness. My endocrinologist prescribed Xanax 0.5 mg three times a day, but I only feel relief in the evening. Why does Xanax not help with my morning anxiety, and should I increase the dosage or consider other medications?

Why does my throat feel sore from below the Adam's apple to the stomach, but no ulcer shows up? I do not experience vomiting or nausea; I just don't feel like eating and feel full. I have a history of GERD and IBS.

Can benign fasciculation syndrome cause occasional mild cramps? I experience a mild sensation similar to a cramp that lasts for 1 second and occurs 1-5 times per 12-hour span, depending on the day.
