I have had leg pain for over a week, which gets worse towards the end of the day. The pain is deep, achy, and dull, and sometimes affects my calf, the side of my foot, and the front of my quad. What could be causing this pain and these lumps, and what should I do?

My 3-year-old has a fever of 103.1°F, which reduced to 102.7°F two hours after taking Tylenol. She says she has a headache and is going in and out of sleep. She also feels cold and had a cough/cold that ended a few days ago. Her breathing is fine, and she has no pre-existing respiratory conditions. Is it okay to wait until tomorrow to see a doctor?
