I need a doctor’s note for FMLA due to symptoms of fatigue and constant lower back pain that sometimes radiates down my legs and causes increased fatigue. I am not currently using any medications and have no other medical conditions or allergies. What should I do?

I recently traveled by air and experienced high heart rate due to anxiety. I went to the ER, where an EKG was normal, but I was dehydrated. My heart rate is now in the lower 60's to upper 70's, which is higher than my normal 50-60 range. When I walk around, my heart rate climbs to over 100. Could this be due to anxiety, or is there something wrong with my heart?

Could taking the morning after pill affect when I get my next cycle? My period is a day late and I was curious if taking the morning after pill a few weeks ago could have affected that. I took 2 morning after pills within a few days of each other and ended up getting heavy bleeding, basically like my normal period, for 6 days.
