My mom just had a stent put in her leg and already has three in her heart arteries. She is not overweight but has smoked for many years. The doctor told her if she didn't quit smoking and start eating right, she was going to lose her legs due to collapsed arteries in one leg and poor circulation. What foods would help her keep the arteries in her legs unclogged and maybe help reduce plaque in the other arteries?

My breasts feel heavy, have sharp pain in the nipples, which are also red, swollen, and peaked all day, causing discomfort when touched or brushed against clothes. I've been taking Yasmin for two years but stopped for three weeks, during which I had protected sex with my partner. I experience nausea in the morning and breast pain that keeps me awake at night. I'm wondering if these symptoms are related to Yasmin, the possibility of pregnancy, or something more serious. I currently can't afford a home pregnancy test or a doctor's visit.
