I'm taking Topamax and started swelling. What should I do? Should I stop taking it?

I had a clean head CT in September, was diagnosed with TMJ a few years ago, and for the past week and a half, I have had headaches/pressure lasting all day, mostly in the back of my head when I lean forward or sneeze, and in both temples and neck pain. I also have bad sinus pain, but the doctor said my sinuses are clear. I am 6 months pregnant and have been over morning sickness for a while, but it has come back the last two weeks. Could this be a brain tumor or an aneurysm? I have vertigo and my eyes feel funny. Thank you, Lauryn.

I have had a low fever mostly at night for the past 7 days, ranging from 99.5 to 101.2, along with a sore throat, lots of mucous in my throat, extreme fatigue, and dizziness. I was negative for strep and pneumonia, took a zpack for 5 days, and still feel unwell. Bloodwork showed a raised monocyte count of 16%. I also have very sore gums and teeth that bleed during brushing. Could this be mono, a virus, or a sinus infection?

I have a small knot that appeared under my right ear lobe. Someone suggested it might be a goiter or something similar. I'm wondering if I need to get it checked out or if it will go away on its own. It doesn't hurt, I'm not sick, and I don't have a sore throat or any other symptoms, but it is sore to touch.
