I've been experiencing chronic pain for the past 2 years, with more symptoms appearing, but doctors can't find anything. The pain is in my chest, shoulders, arm, and abdomen, and it's mostly aching but sometimes sharp. I'm 25 years old, and the pain in my chest is deeper. I've had a HIDA scan, EGD, colonoscopy, stress test, echocardiogram, several EKGs, and was told I have subclinical hypothyroidism, but it's not treated. What could be causing this pain, and how should I proceed?

Can you get a concussion from banging heads together? My toddler and I recently had a head-banging incident where he hit the back of my head very hard. I have a small bump and feel dizzy, nauseous, and have a slight headache. The baby is sleeping and seems fine. Should I be concerned about concussion symptoms?

I had an ultrasound that showed a 1.8 cm complex cyst in the right ovary, likely functional, and some left-sided periuterine/pelvic varices. I have pain on the left side and small Nabothian cysts.
