I noticed a mark on my hand that looked like a pimple with two white heads. It has not grown bigger but the white pus has grown into one area. I recall being bitten by a cat 4 days before the lesion appeared, but the skin was not broken. What could the lesion be, can it be cat scratch disease if the skin was not broken, and is there a chance of tetanus if the skin was not broken? The cat is older than 12 months and wears a flea collar but lives outdoors.

I have a resistant Escherichia coli infection that is sensitive only to Gentamicin. My GP has been advised by my Consultant not to give any treatments unless I am completely symptomatic with very bad symptoms or a fever or a temperature. I have been carrying this infection for approximately 7 weeks untreated. What do you think of this approach and can you offer any advice? I feel unwell all the time but not seriously enough to be treated.

Is it true that Prozac and Abilify should not be mixed if one has mental, neurological, behavioral aggression issues, and IED (Intermittent Explosive Disorder)? I experienced increased aggression, self-inflicted injuries, and higher paranoia, which couldn't be calmed even with multiple injections, all while screaming and yelling for hours without realizing it. Additionally, I have been unable to sleep for three days and nights straight, with increased frustration, anger, and thoughts of rolling away in my wheelchair. What can be done to help with these issues?

My period is normally 7 days, but today is the 8th day and I am noticing light and dark spotting. I had a normal pap last year and this has never happened before. Could I be pregnant even though I just had a period?
