I occasionally experience squeezing pain in the left side of my chest, feelings of passing out, and a low resting heart rate dipping into the low 50s. I have severe panic disorder and health anxiety. The pain has been stable and never gets worse. It is sharp and bothersome. I am 21 years old and have no other diagnosed medical conditions except for depression, general anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and panic disorder. The pain worsens when sitting and pressing on the chest, and after consuming carbonated beverages. I also experience shortness of breath, feelings of fainting, and palpitations, but no abnormal sweating, vomiting, nausea, cough, or fever.

I recently tested positive for HSV1 with a level of 1.48, but negative for HSV2. I don't understand how I could have been exposed, as I don't engage in much oral activity and no one I know has it. I have no symptoms. What does this result mean, and what should I do next?

An acute stroke patient was given hydralazine, a short-acting vasodilator, which initially lowered blood pressure but had no apparent effect after the second dose. The blood pressure remained high (200s/90s). Why was the hydralazine having no apparent effect after the second dose, and if hydralazine shouldn't be used as a PRN blood pressure medication, what should be used instead?

I have concerns about potential risks during injections and blood draws, such as the reuse of needles, contamination of vials, and the accuracy of test results. I also worry about the safety of injections in various settings and the potential for infection from environmental factors. How can I overcome these fears and trust the process?
