I pulled what I thought was a tick off my arm last night in the shower. I think it was there maybe an hour, and 24 hours later there is no rash. Is it safe to say I didn't get Lyme disease? What symptoms should I be on the lookout for, and how long would it take for symptoms to appear?

Do you get sick immediately after taking more than 2000mg of vitamin C or a day after? If I took more than 2000mg and didn’t have the typical symptoms like nausea and diarrhea, but instead have a headache and feel tired, could it be the vitamin C that caused it or is it something else?

I am struggling to lose weight and have been fluctuating between 205-207. I have taken breaks due to family events and now need to lose weight for an upcoming event on the 24th. I have been using HCG drops but took a break. Will I be immune to the HCG now, and what approach should I take? I have red blotches on my feet around my big toe and down the inside of my foot. The redness is permanent, and the area has just started to itch a little. I have no known allergies and no significant medical history. What could be causing this, and what steps should I take to address it?
