I received my first dose of Pfizer on 4/2/21 and have been experiencing headaches since Sunday night. The pain was severe on Monday, affecting my forehead, eyebrows, and cheeks, and has improved but is still present, particularly around my eyebrows, cheekbones, and the top part of my nose. The pain is throbbing and occurs more intensely when I look up, sneeze, run, or turn my head. Should I be worried about these headaches?

I'm experiencing a painless cyst under my penis. It has been present for about 2 days. I'm not using any medications and have no active infections. The cyst is small and reduces with warm compresses. It has recurred after being ruled as benign in the past, typically after physical trauma or friction. What could be causing this and how should I manage it?

My significant other and I had the Pfizer vaccine on Thursday, April 8. He is still very tired, has a slight headache, and this morning had a temperature of 38C. He is unsure if the headache is isolated or comes and goes, and it is a very minor dull pain. He is 65 years old, takes coversyl, and has an aortic valve since 2014. What should we do about his symptoms?

I had a brain MRI scan in 2018 that was normal, but now, after experiencing tingling and hot feelings in my legs, fatigue, and pain behind one eye, another MRI shows 'few scattered T2/Flair signal hyperintensities within the periventricular and subcortical white matter. Nonspecific. No ovoid lesions, no lesions parallel to ventricles. Overall no demyelination plaques. Clinics correlation and continued follow up is recommended.' What does this mean and do they typically show for no reason? I have Fibro and am looking into Lupus/autoimmune disease but have had these issues and they are getting worse as far as pins and needles over time. It comes and goes.

I have microscopic colitis and I’m trying to figure out if foamy bubbles in stool are mucus or fat. I have Hashimoto’s, elevated rheumatoid factor, and just started Lialda. I have tried eliminating gluten and dairy, and have used budesonide, Colestid, and Questran, but they haven't fully resolved my symptoms. What should I do next?
