I received unprotected oral sex from a sex worker 19 days ago. I have no symptoms but am concerned about the possibility of contracting hepatitis A, B, or C, as well as other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). What are the risks and should I get tested?

I am a 55-year-old female who fell 8 days ago on my right knee. I have bruising from above my knee to the bottom of my foot, and my leg's swelling is not going down. I have been icing it when I'm home and using Biofreeze 3 times a day. I noticed that the knee, where there is an open wound, and halfway down my shin is warm, and if I press on my leg, an indentation stays for a while. Should I be concerned? I haven't gone to a doctor since I lost my insurance and don't have the funds.

I have noticed over the last several years that my penis is curving downward when erect and appears to be shorter. In the last 3 months, I have started experiencing pain during erections and intercourse, especially when wearing a condom. The pain is mostly constant while erect, dull around the base of the head, and becomes sharper with a condom and after intercourse. I am 46 years old, circumcised since age 18 due to a tight foreskin, and have not noticed any palpable lumps. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had a sinus attack last Friday, which is normal for me as I experience sinus attacks every once or twice a month. Symptoms include runny nose, watery eyes, post nasal drip, sneezing, and headache, which usually subside within a day. After the attack, I had post nasal drip causing throat discomfort but no cough. I don't have a fever but feel very warm as if I have one. My temperature is 36.8°C. My doctor prescribed Azithromycin 500mg for 3 days, which I took. I also have fibromyalgia and anxiety. Now, I have minor throat pain, no cough, no runny nose, no fever, but I feel warm all over my body. Could this be related to my fibromyalgia or IBS flare-up, or is it something else?

I have COPD for 5 years now and my diaphragm is giving me trouble 24/7. I breathe deeply and exhale, but it doesn't seem to make much difference. I've been using three different inhaled drugs: Buseinide, Ipratropium, and Performomist. I've seen my lung doctor, but I'm losing confidence. My doctor knows I had lung cancer and that my deceased mother had asthma. What can you tell me about my condition and any potential interventions like diaphragm exercises or bronchial blockers?
