I received your response about switching from Flonase to Flonase Sensimist. I am on the third day. I was the one that spit blood and my ENT did a nasal endoscopy which was okay. He said this was due to dryness. I have deviated septum to the left and a right hypertrophic inferior turbinate. He said that the bleeding should get better now that the heat is off. Do you agree?

Flonase Sensimist should help since it doesn't have alcohol that can dry the nasal canal. A dry nose...

I have been experiencing pain near my right shoulder blade for the past two weeks. The pain comes and goes and changes from sharp to dull to achy. It is more noticeable when I use my right arm, especially while cooking. I initially thought it might be due to my bra strap, but that doesn't seem to be the cause. I'm scheduled for a 360 lipo/BBL in June, but my white blood cell (WBC) count has been elevated for years with no evident cause found. I'm 26 years old, not on any medications, and feel fine. Could this prevent me from having surgery?
