I recently had a blood test that showed a high level of creatinine in my system. The test was taken on June 15, 2022, and it has been a concern since April 26, 2022. I am 65 years old and take several vitamins and medications, including calcium, magnesium, zinc, metoprolol for blood pressure, simvastatin, and tizanidine for severe cramps in my thighs. What can I do to lower my creatinine level?

I have been diagnosed with grade 1 cystocele and grade 2 rectocele, but I believe there is a third area of prolapse that was not mentioned in my chart. I am trying to get an appointment with a urogyno but the wait is over two months. Do I need all three areas of concern documented in my chart to get in quicker? What can I do in the meantime, such as requesting physical therapy?
