I recently had ear congestion, muffled hearing, and pain due to illness. After taking a medrol pack, the congestion and pain improved, but I now have constant tinnitus and feel pressure in my ear. There's a blood spot-looking area on my eardrum, and I'm unsure if this is a perforation or if I just need to wait for further healing and draining. My hearing has improved, but the tinnitus and head pressure are bothersome. What should I do?
